PTZ Camera commands do not work when there is a space at the start of the Camera Device name.

When setting up the cameras we accidentally added leading spaces at the start of some the camera names.

We noticed that PTZ controls were not working for the cameras where that is the case. Probably not an issue that leading spaces are not supported, but there was no obvious error ect so it took a while to figure out why some cameras weren't working.
