Would get us a modern bootc(!) installer, things should now be easier due to plasma-setup handling user-creation and not the live installer environment, I vaguely remember there being issues with partitioning where it sometimes would partition the wrong drives under some scenarios which was ultimately the blocker for its adoption. Let's just re-investigate it and see how far things have come since then.
This should be easier now as we now have a proper promotion/dedicated ISO testing and additionally having ISOs building off of the testing stream.
