Unable to use the paraFoam command #403

Description

@Calcifa

After entering the paraFoam command, the paraView software can be opened, but it cannot read the output results properly, and the terminal will also report an error:

Invalid $PV_PLUGIN_PATH and -plugin-path= not defined
No supplementary ParaView/OpenFOAM reader modules
Using builtin reader: paraFoam -vtk

Created temporary 'smallPoolFire2D.foam'
Detected locale "C" with character encoding "US-ASCII", which is not UTF-8.
Qt depends on a UTF-8 locale, and has switched to "UTF-8" instead.
If this causes problems, reconfigure your locale. See the locale(1) manual
for more information.
