+The reasons for the increase of load of our EFS were identified and mitigated.
+Mainly this was due to a very high number of metadata operations in the file system.
+Those resulted from recent changes and only surfaced under high load.
+We adapted server side configurations to mitigate this, which in turn reduced the load on our EFS back to normal.

+Among other ("invisible") stabilization measures we unmounted the file system for the WMS service.
