Fault Interpolator

We have to implement the following things for Implicit Modelling with Faults in FaultInterpolator2 branch:

• 1. Add Scenario in the input dialog at the end of implicit modelling with fault.

• 2. Fix the Boundary and the dimension of outputted faults

• 3. Add in the output TriSurf of the fault the following properties

    - Rake, Displacement as properties as scalar; 
    - Scaled OBB values in names as a suffix;
