ncdoc.js usage

Not able to determine correct usage of ncdoc.js.  Invoking with:

```
$ node node_modules/nclosure/bin/ncdoc.js path/to/my/src
```

It churns though the source with a bunch or warnings, but nothing is emitted.  `--template` option is not clear.  All attempts to point it to some jsdoc tempate dir failed.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
