[BUG]: Article import: "Delete articles not in uploaded file." option not working

Describe the bug
Old articles not appearing in the newly uploaded file are not deleted, when checking the "Delete articles not in uploaded file" checkbox.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Supplier/articles -> Articles -> Upload articles
2. Check "Delete articles not in uploaded file."
3. No error appears, only the old articles still appear in the list

Expected behavior
All old articles should be deleted, that do not appear in the uploaded file. As our offer changes every offer, I now first delete all the existing articles before uploading any new articles. This means that an unnecessary amount of new article entries keep being created every week and that the changes between the previous and current version of the articles do not show up.

@humanwebdevelopment I'm not sure what is happening exactly as this issue is missing concrete steps to reproduce (create supplier, create articles, export, modify CSV providing sample in the issue, upload, ....), but I have the suspicion that this might be due to an omission in #1160:

If articles had no ordner number prior to #1160 they simply couldn't be mapped to their originals when re-importing. After #1160 this works, but the "Delete articles not in uploaded file." doesn't seem to work with it.

Is that your issue - are you trying to reimport articles without order numbers while checking "Delete articles not in uploaded file."?

@humanwebdevelopment I could reproduce the issue now, thanks to the details you provided in our call_
The articles were correctly listed as "will be deleted" in the first upload step (where one can revise and edit the uploaded data), but in the second step (after the user confirms the data) the articles weren't actually marked as deleted.

This has been caused by #1073 and had been overlooked so far - thank you for raising it! (It was still happening in the current master.)
