Is it possible to split a polyhedron by a plane?

I want to split a parent convex polyhedron (3D) using a plane (2D) into 2 child closed convex polyhedrons. Is it possible to do it with pyclipper?

Note: It is not an issue but a question regarding capabilities of the library.

I don't think so, pyclipper only works for 2D polygons

Do you know if any package is able to do this for 3D polyhedrons in Python 3?

I personally do not know, but I'll keep open in case other pyclipper users may help if they come across this
