`fs-list`: Scroll anchor not working on load: pagination

Describe the bug
The Scroll anchor is not working when we use pagination mode. It's not leading us to the top when we click on the pagination buttons as expected.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://attributes-load.webflow.io/pagination
2. Click on pagination buttons
3. See error
