In devnet 7, given there was a lodestar bug at the fork transition, and the first gloas block is missed (I think it was a Teku bug?), I am not too confident about our fork transition.
I think we should run fork transition couple more times with the same devnet 7 settings to make sure it is smooth.

I would like to discuss this EELS PR which deploys the EIP-7997 contract in case it is not yet deployed:
