It would be really nice if pgo allowed one to listen to Postgres channels

Forgot to reply to this, sorry. Funny enough, I was actually planning on working on that the other day but got sidetracked by closing out existing PRs to pgo and pg_types. I want to do this, yes. Would love thoughts from those interested on an API

I'm sorry I'm not sure I have any idea for a design! 🙇
It's the first time I find myself reaching for this so I'm not sure if there's a good/bad way of approaching this

Turns out, thanks to copying the protocol from semiocast there is notification support. What is weird is I get 2 messages for notifications... so I gotta figure that out to get anything done.

Maybe have a look on how the elixir driver is doing it, maybe something similar would fit in pgo?
