[Bug] Toast not above Navigation Bar Title

Describe the bug
When using a customized style for an alert, the toast appears behind the navigation bar title.

To Reproduce

• Using a TabView as "Root"
• Child NavigationStack redirects to another view.
• Child view presents the error.
• Observe alert is behind the NavigationbarTitle.

Expected behavior
I expected it to be the most foreground view element.

I haven't looked into it yet, been working on other things more pressing. I'm happy to come back around to it whenever I get to polishing phase. For now it's not "Breaking" so I haven't bothered.
