Use farcaster containers

We should use the containers for monerod, electrs, monero-wallet-rpc from https://github.com/farcaster-project/containers

We should fork the repository to update the containers to the latest versions.

I've published these containers here: https://github.com/orgs/UnstoppableSwap/packages?repo_name=containers

We should also migrate this repo to use: https://github.com/UnstoppableSwap/core/pkgs/container/asb as we are migrating away from Docker hub.
