Template is only available in English (+ Kurzfassung)

No support for switching the template to other languages, there's support for the kurzfassung.

Obviously patches welcome if someone has the usecase (should have an easy 1click toggle: language: en/de in thesis.with) and shouldn't bloat much the template.

Unless there's some uni requirement, i would avoid this as it would fill the template with if/else if/else everywhere.
