Kerberized NFSv4 mounts fail on Redhat systems #92

NFSv4 mounts using sec=krb5 as mount option fail on Redhat systems (tested on CentOS 7) because this module does not ensure that the rpc.gssd service is running (see https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/7/html/Linux_Domain_Identity_Authentication_and_Policy_Guide/kerb-nfs.html#krb-nfs-client ).
