Describe the bug
We tried to use the latest duffel-components on LIVE Mode and get this error in Console output:

localhost:8000/global.css:1 Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

This also crashes the site

I could fix it:

1. Download the javascript and add to your site

2. simply change http://localhost:8000 to https://assets.duffel.com/components/3.8.4 in the downloaded duffel-component JS

3. Use your downloaded duffel-component JS

It seems a typo in the release.
Some Master should fix this!
