What is blocked: Any automated deploy of jitai-www requires a Vercel CLI token in .env.
Steps to unblock:

1. Go to vercel.com/account/tokens
2. Create token named 'jitai-www-cli-2026'
3. Add to D:/Code/Automation/.env as VERCEL_TOKEN=
   Who picks it up next: sys-devops will detect the token on next heartbeat and wire the deploy pipeline.

BLOCKER 2: Launch Date Confirmation (blocks GTM Gate go/no-go)

What is blocked: GTM Gate cannot finalize go/no-go without a confirmed target date.
Steps to unblock:

1. Reply to this issue with: LAUNCH DATE: YYYY-MM-DD
2. Recommended: Wed 2026-04-30 (gives 8 days to close Stripe + Checkpoints tab)
   Who picks it up next: Orchestrator updates sprint-state.json gate deadline and dispatches GTM Gate v0.2 run.

BLOCKER 3: Phase 3 Drain Approval (blocks drain execution)

What is blocked: Drain script is ready but requires Owner sign-off before live execution against production DB.
Steps to unblock:

1. Review drain report at CoWork/.HUB/logs/ (ask orchestrator to surface it if needed)
2. Reply to this issue with: DRAIN APPROVED or DRAIN HOLD
   Who picks it up next: sys-backend executes drain, marks backlog rows as drained.
