Subject: [PATCH] Update README with Homebrew and platform-specific install
 instructions

Add Homebrew as the primary installation method now that dbxcli is in
homebrew-core. Add dedicated Linux section with checksum verification.
Simplify macOS manual instructions. Add Windows section.

Closes #83, closes #126, closes #218
