It could be that my claude MCP discovery is missing something, but I'm currently doing a kind-of-odd workaround for not having MCP commands to "save state as" and "load state from" - my claude is deeply aware right now of the specifics of how to copy a save state into the gearsystem saves directory and rename it to state1 then load 'state1', then also copy a 'saved state1' .state1 file out to a place for safekeeping.
If such a MCP command already exists to do this safe-to-file/load-from-file outside the save directory with MCP client specified paths, my apologies, this would not be the first thing my opus claude has missed from the MCP docs.
