Bug: on mac --mcp-http-port does not override port in config.ini

When gearsystem is started from cmd line on MacOs, --mcp-http-port <port#> along with --mcp-http doesnt change the port from whats in the config.ini, and instead the MCP comes up hosting with the config.ini's mcp port.

Sorry for delayed clarification here. I saw this issue on using gearsystem in portable mode. --mcp-http always works correctly, but the --mcp-http-port and the flag to change which address to bind to seemed to sometimes work and sometimes not override what's in config.ini.

For my setup I'm copying a portable version of Gearsystem per-agent workflow in claude and I was able to do some sed hacks on the config.ini that gets copied over to the agent's working folder, but I just wanted to give you a heads up that there is some scenario where the port and binding address seems to not be overriding what's in the config.ini.
