Honour layer blend-mode in previews

Layer-level `blend-mode` is carried faithfully into icon.json by assemble.py but rendered as `normal` in preview.py. Map the icon.json blend modes onto SVG `mix-blend-mode` on each layer group so the approximation reflects multiply/screen/overlay etc.
