Show timestamp and QA device name in error bottom sheet (for sentry)

In ReleaseCandidate and pre-release builds, add the timestamp and the QA device name to the error bottom sheet. This timestamps should match the timezone used in sentry. This will allow us to easily search for errors in sentry via screenshots taken by the QA team.
