LAN Detector (LAND) License

This software is the client-side code for accessing the LAN Detector
service available at land.etaras.com.

Terms and Restrictions:
1. Usage of Client Software:
 * End-User Restrictions: This software is strictly prohibited for direct
   use by end users (individuals or entities).
 * Licensee Usage: Licensed companies or entities (licensees) that have
   signed an API License Agreement and are paying royalties may use this
   software within their own products or services, which may then be used
   by their end users. However, direct access or redistribution of this
   client software to end users is not permitted.

2. Demo Access Exception:
 * Non-paying users may access the demo version of the service hosted at
   [https://land.etaras.com/]. This demo access is currently free, but
   access may be restricted or revoked in the future.

3. Commercial and Non-Commercial Use:
 * Licensees: Licensed entities using this software to integrate with or
   develop products based on the API must adhere to the terms of their
   API License Agreement, which may include royalties or other commercial
   considerations.
 * End Users: No end user may use this software outside of demo access,
   even for non-commercial purposes.

4. Modifications and Redistributions:
 * Modifications or redistributions of this software are prohibited
   unless specifically authorized by Taras Greben.

5. Disclaimer: This software is provided "as-is", without warranty of
   any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the
   warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or
   non-infringement. In no event shall the author or copyright holders
   be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in
   an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of,
   or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings
   in the software.
