Missing personal dashboard

Hello. I’m reaching out because my personal dashboard is no longer appearing in the account selector. A month ago, I transferred my one and only personal project to a newly created organization; now, the dropdown only shows the organization. I'm unable to initialize a new personal project as a result. Could you clarify if this is a bug or an intended behavior? Thank you

Dug into this a bit since it had no response yet. Looks like this is intentional, not a bug: the "Personal" workspace selector was deliberately removed in 56d5ece84 ("fix: remove personal selector", Jan 18 2026) — that commit dropped the null-organization dropdown item and changed handleSelectOrganization to only accept a real organizationId, so there is no longer a supported way to select a no-organization state from the UI.

That reads like a real gap for anyone who was in exactly your situation at the time: an existing account whose activeOrganizationId got set once (e.g. by transferring your only project into a new org) now has no path back to a null/personal state, and no way to start a brand-new project outside an org, since organization creation is the only entry point the selector offers.

@izadoesdev — is the org-only model intentional going forward (i.e. every account should always have at least one organization), or should there be a supported way for an account to end up without one again (rejoin/create a new default workspace)? If it's the former, the real fix is probably a one-time migration/safety net for accounts stuck in this specific state rather than resurrecting the personal selector — happy to help with whichever direction is right, just didn'''t want to code around a call you already made on purpose without checking first.
