"Log work now" should allow inputting more data

When you click "Log work now" you should be able to change the time the log is for, and what date it's for.

If #11 is added, this should also be configurable.

Slightly conflicted on this one if I am honest @timothyis

I like the idea of Checkpoint being rigid. A window pops up and a user creates an entry with as little options as possible as to not distract them for too long from their original task.

Having said that, I realise I have added the ability to "log work now" which would be for the current time and date, and in that instance it might be useful to amend these values if you were retrospectively adding logs.

Swinging back around to the other side however, this would allow manipulation of log entries which I would be super keen to avoid.
