I use the Swiper card a lot to condense and compact the information and buttons on my primary view. As such I have found that sticking a check-button-card into one of these Swiper cards makes the check-button-card not respond to any attempts to interact with it. This also holds true if you true to put the check-button-card into a grid card.
The only way that I have found to interact with a check-button-card contained in a swipper card is if I right click on it a few times. Which can only be done from my desktop, not one of our phones or a tablet with only a touch based interface.
