Make a note in the docs about some requirements for API access

You need:

1. An account in fairsharing.org
2. You need to have manually set a password there (not just OAUTH)
3. You need to have your email configured
4. And now for the finale: you can only access the API IF you have your account linked to an organisation 💣

No, I let claude search all the raw source code and test the API a bit - I am not sure how it figured it out - I know this was the problem as the only change I made was to add an organisation to my account (1-3 was already fixed)
