Add shortcuts

Add shortcuts(or list them if they exist) for:

• Run Code
• Going to the Input tab/side
• Going to the stdout/stdin... and cycling in them
• Going to the code section
• Download file
• New file
• Folding parts of the code

I marked with bold the front of the priority_queue of shortcuts.

For the tab cycling there are some ctrl-1,ctrl-2,ctrl-3... shortcuts, but thay don't work all the time.
