Depricate Ramalama chat in favor of a default agent

We have support for opencode goose and pending pi

I reccommend we use pi for its better token usage

Suggest potential solution

ramalama chat will basically alias to ramalama sandbox model etc

Ramalama chat currently runs without using a container, is your recommendation that we would always use a container when doing chat? Chat code is also used with ramalama run, so does this continue or something else?

@rhatdan thats the idea because with mcps tools etc running in a container provides some safety there! The agents also come with web search and mcp

Ramalama run then could be the same we do rely on it for tests and its easy to have a chatbot in the terminal just for a sanity check

So maybe ramalama chat underlying code could stay as is but I wanted a method for users to easily access our new agents feature

Perhaps we document these advanced chat interfaces. And allow users to specify how they want to chat.
