replace llama-stack by ogx

Feature request description

The current llama-stack uses some version 0.2.14 or so. the last released llama-stack was version 0.7.1. The API of llama-stack move more and more to be open-responses compliant. Now the renamed the project to ogx.

The server side tool calling and the open responses compliance are the main feature I looking for my personal project. So OGX + ramalama is the perfect fit for me. But the current outdated llama-stack version is too far away for my use-case.

Suggest potential solution

I would purpose the following first step

• add another api ogx
• add am ogx image with a simple distribution like https://github.com/containers/ramalama/compare/main...mkristian:ramalama:ogx-stack-image?expand=1
• deprecate llama-stack api
• fix the llama-stack image to the current quay.io/ramalama/llama-stack:0.20

Later llama-stack can be removed.
