pod.yaml -> quadlet generator feature request

Hello , i have been working on a PR for podman , adding pod.yaml -> quadlet generator ,
podman maintainers suggest that podlet could be a more appropriate location for it .

can one of the maintainers comment if this is something that you would consider merging ?
