After script update command it purge all peers and delete their .conf files

Hello, in one of the last update you broke something. Script when doing update from command or from everyday update by cron it just delete all peers from wg0.conf and delete all client .conf files from client folder.

Please help me to solve that problem.

Unfortunately, I have been telling the guy he had broken many things way earlier than that. But I am already tired and he does not seem to be carrying much and shifting focus on a different project...
