Looks like it has been fixed with this commit after 3.2.1 released. I compiled it from source and the issue is gone. It should be fixed in the next version.

I have the same Issue:

GrapheneOS Google Pixel 10 Pro Xl with OpenCalc Version 3.2.1 from Izzyondroid Repo. over the F-Droid Appstore.

same here, 3.2.1 android 16 after the new oneui 8.5 update

I downgraded to to version 3.2.0 over fdroid. No GUI issues with the previous version.
