Add a "Contribute" button to chrome.security

We should consider adding a "Contribute" button to https://chrome.security/ such that there's a more obvious relationship between this GitHub repository and chrome.security.

After recently publishing a blog post on behalf of the Chrome Root Program, it wasn't clear to us how we could have updated chrome.security to reference the new post.

My approach would be to add a visible "Contribute" button/link on the chrome.security website that directs users to this GitHub repository (or a specific contributing guide if one exists).
