questions regarding SAPHIRE model

I am really interested in this work, and I would like to thank you for offering such valuable work. I went through this paper and drew my attention to these questions, and I hope you can answer them with my full appreciation to you and your team.
1- For the compartmental model, why did you use fractional methods instead of rates?
2- How did you assess the convergence, and is there any figure for trace plot of MCMC?
3- delta_3,delta_4, and delta_5 are confusing me. why did you switch them with r3,r4, and r5? How did you calculate them? And which part of the code is doing that?
4- For risk of a resurgence, how did you build the probability of resurgence?

Got it, but still facing question 3, why delta 3 and delta 5 are negative? And which part of the code calculates this? This seems to me has no clear answer in the paper.
