The run_glimmon_trend_data_update.py script reads in two different limit database files. The file /data/mta/Script/MSID_limit/Trend_limit_data/Limit_data/op_limits_new.db is read only to fetch a list of MSID's for which we compute the trends. This list can be stored in any other configuration context, one example being the equivalent msid_list_all file used to store category information for storing similar MSID data in the same directory.
