Why do you need a pre-built package for this provider?

Having a prebuilt providers greatly simplifies version management as it uses the same concept as other dependencies for the language used.
Also, this specific one is getting an official stable release soon - dbt-labs/terraform-provider-dbtcloud#419

Are you sure you need a pre-built provider?

• I am aware that I can already use this provider with CDKTF today by generating the bindings locally.
