Steps to reproduce

Install HA and HACS on fresh docker container. Attempt to follow steps in ChoreOps installation guide. When setting up the new integration, follow the wizard. It forces you to initialize a user. However, no users appear in the "Assign to" dropdown in the first chore. Because of this, fails

Issue description

No users appear in the "Assign to" dropdown in the first chore during initialization from add integration setup wizard. Because of this, cannot proceed.

This should be resolved in 1.5.0 beta 5, but you need to specifically select that release in HACS. Confirm your version. (likely 1.0.7 which is the current non beta release.

Honestly I don't care. No I am not using beta, but also I won't be. Because this took way too long to install and the whole apparatus of HACS and this embedded service is poorly designed. And this bug, which is related to something so fundamental like installation, and which is out of step with the written documentation ... shows a really concerning piece of software. No thanks, uninstalling right now and going with something more simple.
