What to include for each entry

• Name and country or region
• Type (government, research lab, multilateral, civil society)
• Status (active, proposed, dissolved)
• Relationship to GLAPAGOS

Acceptance criteria

• Minimum 10 initiatives documented
• Saved in docs/policy/ as ai-initiatives-americas.md
• Sources cited
