After #163 we will still need to:

• update chair/secretary after internal election
• determine where the renewal doc will live and update link if needed

With regard to the "where things should live" question: in the coming months, The Carpentries website is expected to undergo a re-design, and the Handbook is also being considered for major revision. Unclear yet whether or when scope of that work could include a systemic answer to this question, but it's relevant.
