This website is called Origami Simulator.

Origami Simulator's many functions include:

• many origami examples.
• making patterns using the FOLD file format or an SVG file that displays differently colored lines to indicate fold type.
• saving the simulation or pattern as a FOLD, STL, OBJ, GIF, PNG, video, or SVG file.
• an advanced option that displays stats + simulation and animation settings.

I tested this one out, but I was struggling to get it to work for me.

At first I worried about this being two websites not one but then I saw the "Simulate" button, which seems like it connects them well enough.

Then I tried a bunch of designs, but they all seemed to fail with the same (unhelpful) error:

Eventually, I got one to work, by copying your example above (I think the issue was that I was missing border lines).

I wish we the editor has better instructions or help text. Maybe some of that can be contributed to the project on github. Regardless, I think this one is ok to add.

Origami Simulator does have instructions if you go to File > Design Tips but for some reason, the crease pattern editor doesn't do anything like that. Another gripe I have with the editor is that I can only export SVGs not import them. However, personally, using the editor is better than drawing the folds and edges on something like Adobe Illustrator (I'm not a very good artist). What I'm saying is that the Origami Simulator is the main star and you can do what you want with the crease pattern editor.
