I've asked Claude to help with standalone. It temporarily enabled debug messages, identified the issue, and fixed it. Here is a minimal change diff that made it possible to load A2 models. There is no new gui slider for quality stuff, just the default max quality. I dunno how far Claude is from the real fix (and that's why no PR), but it seems to be working fine for me. If you are impatient, you could try this patch (or try https://github.com/webprofusion/soundshed-guitar if you have nasa hardware lol)

Compiles, now both standalone and LV2 segfault when trying to load A2 .nam file :(

can't get a useful backtrace because NeuralRack's build system strips the executables/libraries (despite disabling it in the makefile) ...will investigate later when i get back home.

ah, I see, I didn't even know you could use IR panel to load nam files. I presumed you should load full riggs into the amp slot. Well, anyway the point is that this looks pretty doable especially for those who know what they are doing. If not, then Claude will help lol. So let's relax and give the maintainer some time to do it properly.

I build a nixpackage for myself with help of claude from sources (officially i think there is an arch package provided). And it didn't work when pulling the sources from the git hub, was failing at build because of the submodules apparently. It worked though on the release attached code, which i guess the arch package is also using. Just 2 cents for the impacient :).
