I'd like to know how to fine-tune the pretrained model using generative pretraining pipeline on my own dataset.

Specifically, my goal is to fine-tune a model that can generate general-purpose embeddings for my own dataset.

Hi, I think your don't need to fine-tune the pretrained model to generate general purpose embeddings. Because model is fine-tuned for a specific task such as cell classification.

Please refer to tutorial notebook for Reference Mapping because that task is performed in zero-shot setting, and produce general purpose embeddings for an unseen query data (such as your dataset).
