Resource or guidelines for train custom mouse model

I’ve been following the scGPT project and am very impressed with its capabilities. I am interested in applying this pipeline to our internal mouse datasets.

Because there's no available mouse model, I am looking for resources or specific guidelines on the following:

• Pre-training: Best practices for training scGPT on public mouse datasets.

Are there any tutorials or documentation you would recommend for this specific workflow?

I would like to echo this as well. I am currently working with plant single-cell data and am very interested in applying the scGPT pipeline to our datasets.

Since plant models similarly lack available pre-trained foundation models in this context, a tutorial or specific guidelines on how to pre-train scGPT from scratch on non-human/non-mammalian datasets would be immensely helpful for the plant genomics community. Specifically, guidance on data preparation, vocabulary building, and pre-training best practices would be highly appreciated.
