Hello, and thank you for developing scGPT, it’s an impressive framework for large-scale single-cell transcriptomics.
I have a question regarding the applicability of the pretrained scGPT model to bulk RNA-seq data.
Specifically, I’m working with approximately 10,000 bulk RNA-seq samples across multiple tissues. I’m wondering whether:
The pretrained scGPT model (trained on single-cell data) can be directly used for bulk RNA-seq(~10k samples)
If direct application is not recommended, do you have any suggestions on how to adapt scGPT for bulk data?
Thank you very much for your time and for maintaining this great project! 🙏
Best,ayong
