Direct message reports do not include checkin messages if user does not respond #157

Private checkins from the agent do not show up on the direct message report if the user never sends a message. This is likely a holdover from when agent introductions were sent as messages and we didn't want to list them on the report, but now any agent message is worth listing so we can see how it is checking in with users.
