Allow topic creation on conversation create

NextSpace FE allows users to create a new topic/series when creating a conversation. This has to be done in two steps now, where topics are created before conversation is created. If user abandons conversation creation or an error occurs, topics could end up orphaned. A single endpoint to handle creation of both would solve this issue.
