1. Definitions
“Software” refers to the program known as “OpenSteel”, including all source code, compiled code, documentation, assets, and associated materials.
“Author” refers to Ahmed Mohamed Ragab.
“Non-Commercial Use” means use that is not primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage or monetary compensation.
“Commercial Use” includes, but is not limited to:
- Use of the Software in any for-profit product, project, or service;
- Use within an organization for internal commercial operations;
- Redistribution for financial gain, including through resale or paid access.

2. Grant of Rights
Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, the Author grants to any individual or entity (the “User”) a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to:
- Use the Software strictly for non-commercial purposes;
- Modify, fork, and adapt the Software for non-commercial purposes;
- Share non-commercial derivative works;
- Contribute improvements or modifications to the Author (e.g., via GitHub).
