Clean up the node/edge style dialog: reset button, footer, and overlay

Description

The node/edge style dialog design is getting mixed reviews and needs some cleanup. These are minor tweaks, not a full redesign.

• Restyle the "Reset to Default" button to look better
• Tidy the dialog footer styling/spacing
• Lighten the modal overlay, which has been reported as too dark
• Supporting button-style and layout refactoring as needed
