Add a shortcut to style settings from the styling sidebar

Description

There's no quick way to get from the styling sidebar to the Styles settings screen.

Preferred Solution

Add a button or menu item in the styling sidebar that navigates to the Styles settings screen. Depends on the combined node/edge styling sidebar.
